Got a question about your application process? You're in the right place! Search our FAQs below and if your question isn't here, please contact recruitment@fariline.com and we will be happy to share the information you're looking for.

Q. Where will my interview be held?

Most interviews will be held at our headquarters and main site in Oundle, Northamptonshire. Some roles will be interviewed in the role location, such as Ipswich. You will receive full information regarding locations, arriving, parking etc. alongside your invite to interview.

Q. Can I apply for more than one position?

Of course! You’re welcome to apply for any roles that you consider you have the skills and experience for.

Q. How do I apply for a job at Fairline?

You can apply for a job at Fairline by searching our current job openings and submitting an application. If there isn’t a role that is suitable, you can also register your CV with us, and we will be in touch if a suitable role becomes available.

Q. What information should I include on my application?

Please include all relevant work experience, any official qualifications or training you have undertaken, and your school/university grades and the year you attained them.

Any other certificates, such as First Aider or Fire Marshall training, are also handy for us to know.

Q. What is the Fairline recruitment process?

We are committed to a smooth, transparent recruitment process. We will send you acknowledgement of receiving your application. If you are invited to interview, we will phone you to arrange a suitable time and place. We will follow up with an email confirming the time and place for the interview, the interviewers, any relevant preparation you may need to do, and logistics for arriving at our site. If you are required to attend a second interview, this process will be repeated.

If successful, we will call you to offer the role and confirm your pay/salary, job title, and other useful information. We will then ask you to confirm acceptance of the role and to inform us of your start date as soon as possible (i.e., once you have given notice to your current employer).

We’ll be in touch right up until you start your role with us and will always be on hand to answer any questions or queries you have regarding your employment.

Q. How much will I get paid?

Pay is dependent on experience and will be discussed with you at interview stage. Fairline is committed to creating a working environment that enables its employees to thrive and pays everyone, including new starters, rates well beyond the National Living Wage.

Q. What should I bring to the interview?

If you are not a British Citizen, please bring along your right-to-work documentation for the UK.
